I was raised in Mulvane, Ks, on a farm with 4 brothers. I married my wife, Roxanne in 1982 and we moved to Austin in 1984 with our 8 month old son. We had a daughter in 1986. In 2007 we moved back to Kansas to care for ailing parents and that is where I created A+ College Planning. We moved back to Texas in 2013 after the death of our parents so we could be near our children. Since our move back to the Austin area I have been working with area high schools educating parents on the process of college. We welcomed our first grandchild in September of 2023.
